24/7 Security

Your safety is of utmost importance to us. Our Security Team patrols and monitors STC and its parking facilities 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Scarborough Town Centre Security is onsite 24/7 and utilizes extensive CCTV footage of the property to ensure STC is a safe and secure shopping environment. In addition, Security also provides the following services:

• First aid & AED
• Safe Walk Program
• Security Patrolled Parking Lots
• Vehicle Assistance
• Emergency Preparedness

• Family Washroom – STC offers three family washrooms equipped with change tables. View on map.
• Nursing Room – For your convenience, the centre has four nursing rooms. View on map.
• Expectant Mother & Small Children Parking – STC has designated parking stalls for expectant mothers and visitors with small children near each entrance.

Our Security Team can provide helpful auto services including battery boosts. Personal escorts to your vehicle are also available. For more details, call Security at 416-296-4777.

Electric vehicle charging stations are available at Entrance #3. The charging fee is $2 per hour, to a maximum of $5.

STC offers complimentary Wi-Fi to guests visiting the shopping centre. Please connect to the network ‘STC_Free_Wifi’.

To gain access to the network, users will be kindly asked to provide their email address and postal code, as well as acknowledge the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement. Alternatively, users can also be granted access to the network by signing-in in with your Facebook account.

We warmly welcome service animals into our shopping centre. These animals are essential companions to their owners and play a crucial role in facilitating accessibility and independence. Please note, support animals are not classified as service animals.

To ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all visitors, we kindly request that all other pets, aside from registered service animals, remain outside the shopping centre premises. This policy is in place to maintain a pleasant and secure environment for everyone.

For the safety and wellbeing of your furry friend, please do not leave them unattended in your vehicle.
